Skincare:
Dry the orange peel into a powder and fill it in a bottle. Mix the powder with raw milk and apply it on the face, shoulders, and neck while taking a bath and waiting for 5 minutes. After that wash off with a light massage. Use three days a week. Cleanse the skin daily before going to bed and use a good brand of moisturizer.

Pedicure-Manicure:
The nails of the hands and feet should be cut in the desired shape. Mix shampoo, salt, and lemon juice in a bowl and soak your hands and feet in it for 10 minutes. After that, wipe your hands and feet with a towel. After this use moisturizer. Do this once every week.

Hair Care:
To make hair silky, mix half a cup of raw henna leaf juice, half a cup of raw amlaki juice, and half a cup of beetroot juice and apply it on dry hair. Wash off when dry. Use this pack at least four days a week.

Facial:
Make a simple pack for facials at home. Wash the peas and drain the water and soak them overnight in raw milk. Mix half a cup of neem leaf paste, half a teaspoon of raw turmeric paste, one teaspoon of peanut paste, and mint leaf paste with it. Now apply the pack on your face and wait for 20 minutes and wash it off. Do this at least five days a week if possible. It can be used not only on the face but also on the whole body to increase the brightness.

Body Spa:
Just as our facial skin is beautiful through facials, body spas can get rid of various skin problems of the whole body. You can easily do a body spa at home. At home, mix oatmeal, barley husk, curd, and honey and rub it all over the body. Wash off with water when dry. It will shed dead skin cells and make the skin brighter.

Eyes:
Many of us have darker skin around our eyes than the rest of our skin. To remove dark spots and fatigue, mash potatoes or cucumbers and lie on the eyes for 30 minutes.

Soft Lips:
To remove black lips, apply raw milk on a cotton ball and gently rub it several times a day and wash it off with water after a while.

Water and Fruit:
Before marriage, drink water and eat fruits daily as needed for body and skin health.
