His suggestion is that children need to eat fruits and fruit juices as much as possible during this summer. It will keep the body cold and the immune system will increase.

He said, to save the children from heat, they should be fed food that keeps the body cool in the heat. Fruits like watermelon, cucumber, jam, litchi, pineapple, and orange should be included in the diet. Fruit juice can also be drunk. At the same time, mountain fruits like peaches, apricots, plums, etc. can also be fed. But not excessive.

According to doctors, 1 to 3-year-olds should drink 4 cups of water, 4 to 8-year-olds 6 cups, 9 to 13-year-olds 8 cups and 14 to 18-year-olds should drink 12 cups of water daily. At this time, the body needs glucose very much. Glucose is usually supplied to the body by eating bread. But how much glucose is being taken at any age needs to be taken care of.

Children rush all day. In that case, glucose drinks can provide instant energy. But it should not exceed the prescribed amount.
